At Essence of Soléa, we take immense pride in offering perfumes that embody elegance and excellence. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we’re here to make it right when they do.

💠 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, but only under specific conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be returned with prior approval — items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, we’ll send you a
return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

💠 Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us
within 48 hours if your item is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Email: essenceofsolea@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if appropriate.


💠 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, sampled, or used perfume bottles
  • Personal care products due to hygiene regulations
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items

💠 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once approved, you may place a new order for the preferred item.


💠 European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your orderwithin 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required


💠 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within
7–10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at essenceofsolea@yahoo.com.
